    1 cups cold skim milk or 2%
    1 pkg. (4oz. Serving size) Jello vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
    3 cups (8oz.) cool whip
    1 cup mini marshmallows
    22 whole honey graham crackers broken into 44 squares
    2 squares (2oz.) bakers semi sweet chocolate grated


    Pour milk into large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping and marshmallows.

    For each sandwich, spread about 2 tablespoons of the pudding mixture onto each of 2 graham cracker squares. Lightly press graham crackers together to form sandwich. Repeat with the remaining graham crackers and pudding mixture. Press edges of each sandwich into chocolate to coat. Wrap each sandwich with plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.

    Makes 22 sandwiches
