HEB Fully Cooked Chicken

List of Ingredients
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 contaimer (12 oz.) HEB Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken
1 packages (8 oz.) Jalapeno Jack Cheese, shredded
12 corn or flour tortillas
1 can (12 oz.) Green Enchilada Sauce
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine tomato, onion, chivken, and 1 cup of cheese; set aside.
Heat tortillas until soft. Spread 1/4 cup chicken-tomato mixture down the center of each tortilla and roll tightly, one at a time. Arrange tocos in two rows seam-side down in prepared baking dish. Top taquitos with remaining filling and cheese. Pour enchilada sauce over tacos.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
