    List of Ingredients

    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 bag (12 oz.) frozen mango chunks
    1 Serrano or Jalapeno pepper, stem removed and chopped
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    1 can (6 oz.) Mango frozen concentrate nectar


    Combine onion, mango, pepper, cilantro and frozen fruit nectar in a medium-sized bowl. Serve as a salsa for grilled chicken, white fish fillets, tuna, or Mahi Mahi or simply with tortilla chips.
