Recipe Introduction


I have not made a lot of bread with my bread machine and the few times I did it was ok but not like I would have wished. I tried out this recipe and it was better than any bread I have made in the oven. It was so tall that I had a hard time cutting it. This is a keeper.


List of Ingredients




1 tsp yeast
3 TB sugar
3 cups bread flour
1-1/2 tsp butter
4-1/2 ounces of warm milk
4-1/2 ounces of warm water
4-1/2 tsp of lecthin

Recipe



Spray the bread pan. Put the ingredients in order that your bread machine called for. I did find that I had to watch in the beginning as it was mixing and add more flour, like a table spoon at a time until the dough looked right.
