    ground - Creamy Beef Steaks, easy

    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
    1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1/3 cup Italina bread crumbs
    1/4 cup + 1 cup beef broth, separated
    1/4 cup finely chopped onions
    1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
    1 1/2 cups sliced celery

    In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of soup, beef, crumbs, broth,
    onions and carrots together.
    Shape into patties.
    Brown over medium/high heat in skillet.
    Place partially cooked patties in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with celery.
    Mix sliced celery, remaining soup and the 1 cup broth
    together and pour over top.
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
    Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
