    ground - Meatloaf #5, Italian, 2 styles

    Source of Recipe

    .
I normally use at least 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
when I make mine. Do not remember where I found this
    first one.

    ground - Meatloaf #5, Italian

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1/2 cup beef broth
    1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
    1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 3/4 cups garlic flavored spaghetti sauce,
    ...(your favorite store brand)

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except
    pasta sauce and mix well.
Add 1 cup of spaghetti sauce and mix well.
This could be on the mushy side, but that is ok.
Place in an ungreased 8x4 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes.
Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over meatloaf.
Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until
thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer
    registers 160 degrees.
Let set 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
