scratch - Pumpkin Cake #2, (small)

1 2/3 cups flour
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 cup solid pack canned pumpkin
1/2 cups whole milk

Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8x8x2 inch pan.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and ground cloves togther with a fork. Set aside.
Mix oil, vinegar, pumpkin and milk together and then combine with the dry ingredients.
Pour into pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
