    scratch - Apple Butter Cake

    1 cup granulated white sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    4 well beaten eggs
    4 Tablespoons sour milk
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground cloves
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup good quality apple butter

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease and
    flour a tube/bundt pan.
    Cream together sugar, butter, and eggs. Then add
    milk, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Add flour.
    Beat well together. Then add apple butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
    Makes 4 servings.
