    bar - Crispy Chocolate Caramel Bars

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup margarine
    1, 10 ounce package regular size marshmallows
    6 cups crisp rice cereal
    25 Hershey kiss candies, unwrapped
    1 small (anyone know the size on this, please eail me)
    ...caramel topping

    Recipe

    Butter a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
    Place marshmallows and margarine in a large microwave safe bowl.
    Heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir.
    Heat on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes more. Stir until smooth.
    Add the cereal and stir until the cereal is coated. Divide in 1/2.
    Lightly oil clean hands or use waxed paper to press coated cereal
    into the bottom of pan.
    Place candy kisses in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 1 - 1 1/2
    minutes. Stir. Careful not to burn the candy.
    Spread a thin layer of this chocolate over top of the cereal in the pan.
    Then spread a thin layer of the caramel over top of the chocolate.
    Flatten down and press the other 1/2 of the coated cereal over top of
    the caramel.Let cool. Cut and serve.
