I have listed some general information about convection ovens. I am not suggesting that you go out and purchase a particular brand, it just came along with the information I gathered for those that have asked for these types of recipes.
 ALWAYS check your owner's manual to see if you need to preheat your oven or not. The older ones seem to need preheating, while the newer ones do not. Enjoy.
