Mudslide Pudding Dessert

1 large package chocolate pudding, prepared to
...package directions (can be instant or cooked)
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 pint whipping cream
1, 4 ounce package softened cream cheese
....(do not use light or non-fat)
1 cup powdered confectioners sugar

Combine butter, flour and nuts.
Press into a 9x13x2 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
Whip whipping cream and measure 2 cups out.
Add cream cheese and powdered sugar to the
2 cups of whipped cream.
Place a layer cream cheese mixture on top of crust.
Next a layer chocolate pudding on top of cream cheese.
Last a layer remaining whipped cream.
Sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
Makes 12 servings.
