Hey there! My mom used to make this and it was
always so good! We never really knew what it
was called but came up with this name. I hope
you like it like my family does.
Strawberry Angel Food Delight
2 angel food cakes (cut up into cubes)
2 pkgs frozen strawberries in syrup(large)
1, 6 ounce large box strawberry gelatin
2 cartons whipping cream
Once the angel food cake is cut up into cubes.
Place in bowl or deep dish plate. Mix gelatin to
directions on box but DO NOT add the second
water. (the water from the frozen strawberries
will make up for it) Add the strawberries to the
gelatin and mix together until the strawberries
are thawed and gelatin starts to congeal (set).
Whip the cream until soft peaks form and fold
into the gelatin/strawberry mixture. Pour mixture
over the cubes. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or
until set.
