1 banana, cut into pieces
2 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. skim milk
3/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
1/4 c. smooth peanut butter
Recipe
Place the banana pieces on a plate and freeze for 40 - 50 minutes or until firm.
Combine the pineapple and banana in a blender/food processor and process until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
