1 3/4 cups + 2 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons pourable sugar substitute
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
2/3 cup skim milk
2 large egg whites at room temperature
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Coat pan(s) with non stick cooking spray.
Sift together the 1 3/4 c. flour, the sugar substitute, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Mix the butter light, the 2 tbsp. of flour, and the liquid egg substitute together until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to butter mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Then fold into the batter.
Pour the batter evenly into the pan(s).
Bake a layer pan for 18 - 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Bake a tube/bundt pan for 30 - 35 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Let cool completely on a wire rack.
