    Chinese - Noodle Casserole

    2 1/2 cups Chinese noodles
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom Soup
    1 can water
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup diced onion
    2 lbs ground beef
    1/2 cup cashews

    Brown meat, celery and onion
    Add rest of ingredients. Stir.
    Put in 9x13 shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350 F 1 Hr
    Serves 10 generously
