Ukrainian - Beet Salad

List of Ingredients

5, 14 ounce cans drained diced beets
2, 14 ounce cans drained kidney beans
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled, diced
2 large carrots, boiled, peeled, diced
1 medium onion, chopped small
5 - 7 medium dill pickles, chopped
oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste


Recipe

Mix well and refrigerate over night.

Great for picnics or pot luck parties.
