Spinach w/Pasta

2 cups elbow or shell pasta, cook al dente to
...package directions, drained
1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup milk
1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed,
...and squeezed dry
grated Parmesan cheese

While pasta is still hot, add cheese, milk, and
spinach and thoroughly mix together. Sprinkle with
grated cheese, if desired.
Serves 6.


Note:
Try garnishing the top with a couple of grated
hard boiled eggs.
