Tastes great with a bit of vanilla ice cream or a dollop
of sour cream.


List of Ingredients




Fresh Peach Crumb Pie

1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
4 cups freshly sliced peaches
1/3 cup + 1/4 cup sugar, separated
dash nutmeg, optional
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 cup chopped nuts, optional

Place the peach slices in the pie crust.
Sprinkle with the 1/3 c. of sugar and nutmeg,
if using.
Mix together the flour, the 1/4 c. sugar, cinnamon
and butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts, if using.
Sprinkle over the peaches.
Bake at 425 for 35 - 40 minutes.
