    Pecan Pie w/Maple Syrup + Coffee

    4 eggs
    1 cup (250 ml) light corn syrup
    2/3 cup (160 ml) sugar
    1/3 cup (80 ml) butter, melted
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup (125 ml) PurJava Honduran Dark Roast liquid
    coffee concentrate
    1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
    3/4 cup (180 ml) pecans, chopped
    1 pastry crust

    Beat all ingredients.
    Fold in chopped pecans.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake in 375 degree oven until set, 40-50 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
