:Pie Dough, freezer
5 1/2 cups unsifted flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups shortening
1 egg
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Cut shortening into flour mixed with salt.
In measuring cup, break egg;
add vinegar and fill cup to top with cold water.
Hold cup over bowl with flour mixture.
Add the baking soda; stir and mix,
then pour into flour.
Mix with fork.
Divide into 6 patties.
Put into freezer bags and freeze.
Thaw to before using.
