    Chicken Salad Pizza Wedges

    10 ounces fully cooked chicken, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
    2 finely chopped large celery ribs
    1/2 cup tomato basil flavored light mayonnaise
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 small baked pizza crust, cut into quarters
    8 slices fully cooked bacon, each cut in 1/2
    1 cup shredded taco cheese blend, (4 ounce pckg)

    Use a medium sized bowl to combine chicken, celery,
    mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Place pizza wedges on a baking sheet lined with foil.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup chicken salad over each.
    Place 2 halves of the bacon on each.
    Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of the shredded cheese.
    Broil 4 inches from heat for 1 minute until cheese melts.

    Makes 4 servings.
