English Muffin Size Pizzas

Recipe Introduction

Serve as appetizers or snacks.

List of Ingredients

4 English muffins, halved
1 c. pizza sauce
4 slices bacon, cooked to desired crispness,
...either crumbled or chopped when done
4 chopped ham slices
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms, optional
1/8 c. sliced black olives, optional
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350.
Split the muffins in half.
Toast them in the toaster.
Spread the pizza sauce on each half.
Place remaining toppings evenly onto pizzas, saving shredded cheese for last.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Remove from oven, and cut each half into 4 pieces.
