List of Ingredients

for the crust:
2 c. flour
1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
for the filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
3/4 c. sour cream
sliced strawberries
for the glaze:
1 c. strawberry juice
1 - 2 tbsp. cornstarch
white granulated sugar


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350.
for the crust:
Mix flour, butter, and confectioners sugar together well and spread in jelly roll pan. Bake until edges are lightly browned about 20 min.
for the filling:
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together well and spread over cooled crust.
Top with sliced strawberries.
for the glaze:
Mix juice with cornstarch and cook until thick. Sweeten to taste and pour over top of the sliced strawberries.
