    Rhubarb Iced Tea

    8 stalks cut rhubarb, 3" pieces
    3 quarts water
    4 tea bags
    3 quarts water
    3/4 c. sugar

    Recipe



    Place rhubarb in water and bring to a boil.
    Reduce to a simmer, and let simmer for 1 hour.
    Add tea bags during last 6 minutes of simmering.
    Remove from heat and let tea bags steep for 1/2 hour.
    Strain into a 2 quart pitcher and add sugar.
    Cool, then refrigerate. Serve with or without ice.
    Makes 4 servings.
