List of Ingredients




for the crust:
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk

for the topping:
1 c. finely chopped rhubarb
1 3oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350.
Mix crust ingredients together and pat onto a round pizza pan.
Spread the rhubarb over top of the crust and sprinkle with the strawberry gelatin.
Mix the sugar, flour and melted butter in a bowl and sprinkle this over top of the gelatin.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Makes 12 - 14 servings.
This may bubble over, so place something under it.
