Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp

Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp
1 c. flour
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. butter
Mix dry ingredients, cream butter into them.
Pat into 9x13 pan. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350�F.
3 c. rhubarb
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cugar
1/4 c. flour
Mix, spread on top, bake 25 minutes more.
Top with 2 pints strawberries and whipped cream.
Serves 12-16.
