    Cracked Peppercorn Honey Mustard

    2 1/2 cups Dijon type mustard
    1, 9 1/2 ounce jar extra grainy Dijon mustard
    3/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
    1 tablespoon dried tarragon leaves, optional

    Place mustards, pepper and tarragon in a
    medium bowl. Blend with wire whisk.
    Store refrigerated up to 4 weeks.
    Makes 4, 1 1/4 cup containers.
