Fluffy Citrus Dressing

1 egg
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
...until peaks form

Place the egg in a small saucepan and beat.
Add all other ingredients except whipping cream.
Cook and stir over a low heat until thick, about 5 minutes.
Let cool well.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill.
