    Italian Salad Dressing #2, easy

    1 cup extra virgin Olive oil
    1/3 cup vinegar
    1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
    1/2 teaspoon sp. celery salt or regular table salt
    1/4 teaspoon powdered/dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
    2 minced garlic cloves
    dash hot pepper sauce, optional

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Let the flavors blend for several hours before using.
