Low Fat Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

2 tbsp. red or white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. dry white wine
2 cloves garlic
3/4 tsp. dried thyme*
3/4 tsp. dried basil*
1 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano*
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 c. low fat sour cream, (8oz.)Recipe
Place all the ingredients except the sour cream in a blender/food processor.
Blend until completely mixed.
Add the sour cream and blend until just mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
*May use 3 tsp. of Italian seasoning instead of the thyme, basil and oregano spices.
