Recipe Introduction

You can alter the amount of chili powder if you need to reduce the heat.

List of Ingredients

1/4 c. regular or low fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. pure chili powder, (not blended)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 crushed clove garlic
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 pinch cayenne


Recipe

Stir all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Store in refrigerator in an airtight glass container for up to 2 weeks.
Makes 1/3 cup.
