1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup apricot preserves
3 tablespoons dry mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. Brush glaze over
ham (or roast) during last 30 minutes of cooking.
Glaze will be sufficient to coat one whole ham (either boneless or
bone-in ham) or pork roast.
