    A meringe that stands up, looks great, and tastes great.

    Meringue #1, great

    3 egg whites
    a pinch of salt
    1, 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream

    Beat the egg whites with the of salt with an electric
    mixer on high, until soft peaks form.
    Gradually beat in the marshmallow cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
