    Sauerkraut + Ham Spread

    1 pound sliced ham, cut into julienne strips
    1, 16 ounce can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
    1 pound coarsely grated Swiss cheese
    1 Tablespoon caraway seed
    1 Tablespoon dried dill weed
    mayonnaise

    Mix all ingredients together with a kitchen fork,
    adding mayonnaise until it reaches the consistency of
    your liking.

    Serve on your favorite rye bread for sandwiches
    or crackers for an appetizer.
