    Walnut Cream Cheese Frosting

    1 8oz. + 3oz. pkgs. softened cream
    3/4 c. softened butter
    5 1/2 c. powdered confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. walnut extract
    1/4 c. powdered or chopped walnuts, optional

    Recipe



    Beat the cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl.
    Add the confectioners sugar and blend well.
    Stir in the extracts and beat together until smooth.
    Add the powdered walnuts until well blended.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Makes enough for one 2 layer cake.
