    White Frosting, Fluffy Style

    1/2 cup butter or margarine, (1 stick)
    6 tablespoons plain solid pack shortening
    3 tablepoons flour
    2/3 cup milk
    1 cup granulated white sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

    Mix the ingredients together in a medium bowl,
    using the high speed of your mixer for 10 minutes
    straight...set a timer if you need to. This must be
    beaten this long to get the proper consistency.
