    CHOCOLATE STEAMED PUDDING

    This is my mother's recipe.


    Recipe Introduction


    This is a family favorite served at many birthday and holiday gatherings. Serve warm with milk and sugar.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large Tbsp butter
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 heaping Tbsp cocoa
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Pur all of the above in a double boiler for 1 hour or more.
    2. Serve warm with milk and sugar sprinkled on top. Plain is okay, too.
