    chicken stuffed cabbage rolls

    List of Ingredients

    48 cabbage leaves, par boil
    set aside
    15 cups diced cooked chicken
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 cup chopped celery
    2 cup sliced mushroom
    3 tablespoon minced garlic in oil
    1.5 tbsp Thyme
    1 tbsp salt
    6 eggs beaten to tighten mix
    boil 4 cups uncooked rice
    mix all ingredients

    make sauce
    1 cup butter
    2.25 cup flour

    12 cups chicken broth to rue, simmer
    add 12 cups sour cream, do not boil, this will break the sour cream

    add some of the sauce to above mix

    use the par boiled cabbage leaves to wrap the mix and pour the remaining sauce over the chicken stuffed cabbage rolls

    sprinkle with nutmeg or paprika sparingly

    bake covered until hot aproximatly 25 to 30 minutes
