    1 � cups sugar
    2 cups grated zucchini
    � cup butter, softened
    2 � cups flour
    � cup buttermilk
    2 eggs
    � tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    � cup cocoa
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    � cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add vanilla and buttermilk. Beat well. Add eggs, one a time, mixing well after each. Mix together the dry ingredients and add. Add the shredded zucchini. Pour into a greased 9 x 13� pan. Sprinkle the top with the chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
