2 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
2/3 cup white wine OR 2/3 cup apple juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup (4-oz.) shredded Swiss, Gruyere or Cheddar
2 tsp. chopped fresh or freeze-dried chives
Recipe
Heat oven to 400�F. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease entire cup generously.
Mix baking mix, wine, oil and egg with fork in medium bowl; beat vigorously 30 strokes. Stir in cheese and chives. Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
Serve warm. Yield: 12 Servings
