    Crea's Lemon Loaf

    1 box cake mix (Lemon)
    1 lemon pudding (Instant)
    3/4 c water
    1/2 c oil
    4 eggs

    Glaze: powdered sugar enough to make a drizzled frosting & lemon juice

    Beat cake mix and pudding, water, eggs and oil. Mix well. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350�F for 30 minutes (or until done).

    Mix your powdered and lemon juice to make a thin frosting you can drizzle on top of loaves. Take out of the oven and right away poke holes into loafs with a fork and drizzle lemon glaze over the loaves.
