8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg

2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
2 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup nuts





Recipe



Beat cream cheese, suagr and egg well. Set aside.

Beat 2 eggs until frothy, add oil and milk. Mix dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture and stir until moistened. Spoon half batter into a greased 9x5-in loaf pan. Spoon on cheese mixture. Cover with remaining batter by dropping spoonfuls over top.

Bake at 350� for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes and turn out to rack.
