Poppy Seed Bread (T&T)

This is an easy bread to make. This freezes well.
List of Ingredients
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1 t. vanilla
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325�F. Grease and flour two 9" x 5" loaf pans. (I make this in 8" x 3 7/8" x 2 15/32" loaf pans and 1 recipe make 3 loaves.)
Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, milk and oil.
Beat for 5 mins. with electric mixer.
Stir in poppy seeds and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour into prepared pans and bake for 1 hour. (If using smaller pans, check after 45 mins.) Cool on wire racks.
I also use the "baby loaf pans" and give as gifts. This requires less baking time. Check for doneness with a toothpick,
