    POPPY SEED CHICKEN #5

    2 cups (16 oz) low fat or no fat sour cream
    1 can cream chicken soup undiluted
    2 teaspoons poppy seeds
    2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed small
    1 3/4 cups cracker crumbs (low fat Ritz)
    1/2 cup (or less) healthy margarine such as "Smart Balance", melted

    Recipe



    Mix butter and crumbs and save for topping.

    Mix all else together in large bowl. Spread in oiled 2 quart size casserole. Top with crumbs.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes uncovered at 350�F degrees, till bubbly.

    Serve on lightly buttered noodles or fusilli.

    If you cannot eat seeds, omit the poppy seeds....it's still delicious!

    SERVES 4.
