List of Ingredients
1 ( 5 oz) pkg. yellow rice
1 ( 11 oz) can Mexicorn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Recipe
Cook rice according to directions. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake at 350� for 15 mins. or until cheese melts.
