2 2/3 cups dry instant mashed potatoes plus ingredients to make as per package
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz) can french-fried onions
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350�F. Prepare mashed potatoes according to directions. Fold in beaten eggs and cheese and stir well. Spoon into sprayed 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with onion rings. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
