List of Ingredients
1 ( 24 oz) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. onions, chopped
Topping:
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
2 T. butter, meltedRecipe
Put hashbrowns into greased casserole dish. Combine soup, sour cream, cheese, 1/2 c. butter and onions. Gently blend into potatoes. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350� for 30 mins.
