8 oz. thin spaghetti
1 egg, well beaten
3 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. milk
28 oz. spaghetti sauce
Recipe
Heat oven to 350�F. Cook spaghetti to desired doneness, in unsalted water,as directed on pkg. Drain, and rinse with hot water.
Lightly grease 8x12" or 9x13" dish.
In a lg. bowl, lightly toss cooked spaghetti with milk and egg. Turn mixture into a prepared dish. Spoon sauce evenly over top.
Place pepperoni over sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 30-40 mins., until heated and cheese is melted. Cool 5 mins. Cut into squares.
Note: I use more Mozzarella cheese than recipe calls for.
Makes 8 servings.

Her college roommate still requests this if she comes to visit and the girls she shares a house with now that she is out of college love for her to fix this.
