    Tippy's CARROT BARS

    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 cups oil
    2 cups sugar
    4 jars carrot baby food
    2 1/2 cups flour

    FROSTING
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Beat together eggs, soda, salt, cinnamon and oil. Add sugar and carrots. Add flour. Mix well.

    Use a large sheet pan, like a jelly roll with sides. Grease and flour the pan. Pour and spread batter in pan and bake 30 minutes at 350�F.

    Watch towards the end and test with the 'touch test'.

    Frost when cool.


    Frosting: Mix all together. Spread on cooled bars and if desired sprinkle top with chopped walnuts.
