Combine in bowl:
� 14 oz. can shoepeg corn, drained (I use up to 20 oz.)
� 2 tomatoes, chopped (or 1 box cherry tomatoes, diced)
� 1 bell pepper, seeded & chopped
� 1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
� 1 purple onion, chopped
Combine separately:
� 1/2 C. sour cream
� 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
� 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
� 1/2 tsp. celery seed
� 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
� 1/2 tsp. black pepper
� 2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Mix all together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
